I placed a customized phone case order for a birthday and before it arrived, i reached out to this exact email through my online receipt to try and find an update on my order and when i encountered issues with logging in to the website or my account and couldn’t get an update, i reached out to the company through their email. I never got a response, When i did finally get my order, it wasn’t even what i paid and ordered for. They did not provide me the customized photo that i paid for and they did not provide me a freestyled charmed case, instead they threw in the default version of the phone case i bought and ignored their dms and called it a day. I tried preschooler again both through instagram and email and still zero response. I will keep commenting on their instagram until i get a response because the way that this company didn’t acknowledge my order and its issues at all is dangerously irresponsible.
I ordered the lil peep custom phone case it is amazing and the seller communicates very well. However the only downside is that it took 2 months to arrive :(. But would 100% order again as it’s amazing and the quality is insane 🫶❤️
